Donate Money to the Madam C.J. Walker Museum

 

While renting the event space is a personal business, the Madam C.J. Walker museum and

WERDStudio are run by a nonprofit charitable association. Therefore, your donations to support the museum are welcome and appreciated. The nonprofit organization has not yet received tax-exempt status from the IRS, so your donations are not (yet) tax deductible. But all funds are dedicated to operating the museum and studio.

WERDStudio merchandise is also available for purchase, with proceeds going towards maintaining the museum and Great Wall of Vinyl.

The easiest way to donate is by cash or check when you visit us at the museum. Please contact us if you'd like to make a donation by another means.

Donate Records to the Great Wall of Vinyl

The WERDStudio record collection is already one of the largest in Atlanta, but we are always looking to add special records that are missing from the collection. Our goal is to build, preserve, and share the nation's largest collection of jazz, blues, and gospel vinyl records, as an homage to the music played on WERD.
